Die vectors, die!

I'm so pissed. And guess what made me pissed this time?

MATH HOMEWORK. Ok, not the homework, but more of the physics-based concept we were made to learn.

I shall try hard to refrain from using vulgarities even though I feel like tearing my notes apart and burning it then shouting at it gleefully, "Ha! YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD KILL ME COULDN'T YOU? NOW I'M KILLING YOU!!!"

I stared at my notes(and it was even the EASY parts) for a full half an hour to one hour and tried to make sense of all the gibberish yet couldn't.

A
____________ C
I
I
I
I
B

Sorry for the weird picture, I'm just trying to prove my point.

ANYWAY:

This is what goes through my brain when I'm trying to think practical.

If a force moves through BA and then AC, mathematically, it should be BA + AC.

So if you should wish to calculate the force, shouldn't you calculate the force from BA and then calculate the force from AC then add them together? Because the force DID in fact move through point A. But NO, according to some crap theory, BA + AC = BC, which is the diagonal that I can't draw(but I'm sure you can visualise).

So what they're trying to say is, that when a force moves from B to A, and then from A to C, the force is somehow only from B to C, SKIPPING A.

I think they must be in self denial or something. If it passes through A, then you can't deny the fact that it did indeed pass through A and skip A when calculating the force!!! Why is it only BC??? It didn't pass through BC at all!!! WTF.

And if AB = -BA, then why not keep it as AB and not use the negative sign at all because it get's so damn confusing when there's a '-'.

It's so freaking unfair! I know math is a science, but making it so physics based is just unreasonable! The reason why I took biology was because I am incompetent at physics and now you just force me to take physics again under the subject name of 'math'!

I can do math. I can. I have no problem in algebra, trigonometry or even logarithms. But dump in a physics and my brain gets literally fried.

Can I just say this?
