NARNIA

Hi all! Can you see in this colour? I hope so! I was at Kinokuniya yesterday(after buying textbooks and going to my new house) and I bought Jacqueline Wilson's latest book 'Love Lessons'. Its good, but its not her best. I've been waiting for that book for 2 months ever since I received the e-mail from her fan website! Then again, I also have a bunch of other books I want to buy. The 12th Series of Unfortunate Events book, the 7 book pack of The Chronicles of Narnia which I will tell you more about later and 'The truth about Forever' by Sarah Dessen which I was not able to find for 6 months. So I was trying to decide which 7 book pack to buy(cuz they have different publishers) and I spotted 2 which were 99% identical in printing and packaging and I couldn't spot the difference(The only difference is that one is $117.50 and the other is $157.50). So I asked the people at the information counter for the difference cuz one is $40 more expensive! And you know what? The only difference is that they are from different countries even though they are from the same publisher! I wanted to buy the cheaper pack(obviously) but the 20% storewide thing wasn't on yet so I'm waiting... The 20% storewide discount thing is going to commence on Dec 2nd so I'm sure to be there! Gotta go for Girl Guides now, bye!

Grrr...

I am so mad, I could fizzle up! I was typing an entry 2 days ago, and then the comp lagged when I published post. When I tried recovering post, and then publishing it, it lagged again! And it wouldn't let me copy it! So I spent so long typing that thing and now its all wasted effort! Grr... I don't feel like going swimming tomorrow actually. Its because of my brother, he likes to go under water and duck me(as in pull my leg so I can't swim and he anchors me down) which is DEAD dangerous, I know. But he refuses to stop. I can drown you know. He already made me drink the water in there twice and choke like more than twice. Just because he has silver and I don't even have a bronze he thinks he has the rights to do EVERYTHING in the pool. When there was a dead centipede at the Jacuzzi area, he pretended to take it and chased me around the pool. I have a PHOBIA of insects. PHOBIA, worse than fear. If you're in Cedar, its just like that EL E.O.Y. story we were given. It feels EXACTLY like it. I wish someone would empatize. Many people have a fear, but I have phobia, which I am so sure of. Because when I see one(or even something that looks like one), my hairs stand on end, a chill runs down my spine(really), I get this heart dropping feeling you get when a roller coaster suddenly swoops down, and it feels as if the insects crawling on ME. I want to have a diagnosis done, but my mum refuses to have one done for me. Its so extreme, I won't even take chances. Once, my idiotic brother(again) found this dirty non-sticky, stuck-together piece of scotchtape, he told me it was a butterfly(I'm afraid of butterflies too), and he took this box and pressed down on it. Then he took it and threw it at me and I SCREAMED(which is my natural reaction) and ran into the kitchen toilet. My brother dropped the tape throught a space between the door and wall which he managed to push open. Then he told me it was fake, and I(having 11 years experience) doubted it. Then he told me it was real. I didn't know whether to believe it or not, cuz the tape was dirty with yellow, black, greys... So I made sure he was gone, and asked my maid to check it it was real for me. It was FAKE. And all that screaming for nothing! I even got sore throat that whole night!

GOLD AISHA!!!

Haha! Guess what happened to me in Neopets today! I zapped my blue Aisha and it turned into a GOLDEN AISHA, FYI, a golden paintbrush's market price is about 120-130K. So happy! My brother is dead pissed, cuz he zapped his male Shoyru, and it turned female! LOL!!! Haha! So anyway, I did tell you that my piano teacher gave me 2 new pieces, didn't I? I managed to pass the 1st one, but I have to repeat the 2nd one. And she even bought me a new book! Its jazz music, which I like listening to but not playing. Know why, cuz jazz has lots of irregular beats and high and low notes(making me shift my fingers over octaves). ARGH!!! I'm playing one called 'Steamboat Rag', don't know what made the composer choose this name, it sounds jazzy(duh...) and its so hard to play. OK, so well then after my piano lesson(every Sat, 10.30+-am to 11.30+-am), I went for MATH tuition and after MA tuition, I went to my new house, cuz that's where my mum and maid are(and also my lunch). I packed all the books I brought there and I took up 4 shelves!!! OM-Goodness! I don't know where I'll keep the rest. I'm a real can't-bear-to-throw-things-away person. So I ended up with loads of stuff like notebooks(I don't even use anymore), old books(though I try to open them once in awhile so silverfish don't get in there) and heaps of stuffed toys(My collection is international. Pushies from HK, China, Korea, Thailand, South Africa, Australia...) I really don't konw where to put everything. So I'm giving some away... *sob* My brother's room is so blue, he could be Captain Haddock!!! He even has a real steering wheel of a ship that's about to be hung on the wall and a clock made from a miniature steering wheel(of a ship). Well, want to play Neopets now, bye.

HAHA

I konw I just posted yesterday, don't bother rading that small font, I didnt know it would turn out so small. I have GOOD NEWS(for me, not you). I managed to complete my Geography powerpoint assignment!!! It's a total of 11 slides. I didn't want my case studies to be in Asia(cuz its so boring to study your continent) so I managed to find a case study in Guatemala which I thought was so cool(cuz of the Survivor and all) and so my case studies took up 3 slides. I can't type much cuz my comp is getting really laggy and it pauses before displaying what you've typed so its kinda irritating. I managed to complete my 3 pieces in 2 weeks but now I have 2 new pieces to perfect in 1 week and I really don't know what to do! I haven't done my piano, I haven't done my chinese tuition. Can't my teachers give me like 1 month's peace? Don't they get it? The more stressed I am the more I don't feel like doinh homework and the more I don't feel like doing homework the worse my homework turns out. Victoria is SO right. Sec 1s are treated like mini constructon workers. Liek whatever our seniors want us to do, we MUST do. Like its a do or die situation. This whole junior-senior thing is okay if they don't expect us to do what they order us. They don't order, they command with a 'please'. We are humans, treat us with a little respect.

PINKY CUSHIONY

Haven't been blogging lately. Been quite slack, if you know what I mean. I went shopping for room accesories yesterday evening. Bought a huge pink heart-shaped cushion from Precious Thots, so cute and nice to hug. It's actually quite ex., but cuz I'm a Precious Moments member, I was entitled to 40% discount. So the price was quite good, and I'm lucky too, that piece was the last one in Singapore! WOW. Its huge, ya know. Like the size of a regular pillow. I've been playing Puzzle Pirates recently, its really fun. If you fancy the game, go to www.miniclips.com and search Puzzle Pirates and download it. It's more of an interactive game and so fun cuz you can do all sorts of stuff. Haha.

LOL

I'm seriously aware that no one's been visiting my blog. Oh well, not that I really care. You see, there are times when I don't feel like writing in my diary and just type in my blog for stress relief. You konw, someone once said to me, "Secondary school holidays aren't really holidays." I simply can't agree more. I have CCA like twice this week, tuition for 2 subjects, holiday homework and piano! Why can't we just dump everything in one month then have the other month for pure peace and relaxation. Instead of chucking all the activities all over the holidays. We're humans know, we need rest! Well, i went to Shen Moo's house yesterday. So fun. We had lunch at Heartland mall then watched Princess Diaries in her home. Haven't enjoyed myself for months. Called Lorraine today, had a nice long chat too. Miss her. Miss everyone in Rosyth actually!

Bored...

Hey ya all!
I'm using green again! I ADORE green. In case you start saying, "Green is a sucky colour.", let me say, "It's my favourite colour and who are you to criticize me? My favourite colour is none of your business!" My mum called me just now. She told me there was this Kipling(In case you don't know, this is my favourite bag brand) bag on sale in the Bugis Kipling store. The bag's similar to my light green file bag, except the handles longer(to sling on shoulder) and there's a pocket on the front and a zip so the things can't fall out. It was the only one of that colour left, and she said if I wanted to buy it. I told her OK and if she bought it we could share it, so she bought it. I've decided not to post my personal diary entries unless 7 people request for it on my taggie. I don't know whether you find my posts interesting or not, but my diary entries are much more interesting cuz well, I write stuff there that I don't dare to type on the net. Like gossip, my irritating brother and how I spent my 12 days in Europe. Well, I shall stop nattering on about all this. I finally mastered 2 pieces. Now onto the 3rd one! Shen mei wanted Hoi Man to sleepover at my new house, but I don't know if mum'll allow 2 people to sleep over. I think we have space, but she might say we'll mess up and all. So the easiest way is to prove it that we won't mess up. Like invite both of them for a day then behave well and if the behaviour is OK, the sleepover for 3 might be possible!

Hi all!
Been really busy lately. I went shopping for kitchenware on Sunday. My mum bought this tray thingy with a cover for putting bread or cakes. I persuaded her to buy me a potato masher and a muffin tin(you know, those metal trays with 6 holes in them for baking muffins in). Once I move into my new house, I'm gonna try baking popovers and cookies! *grin* Yesterday, spent they whole day with my mum in the Parkway parade area. We were there initially to visit a church friend, then we went to Harvey Norman to find a fridge and washing machine. When I stepped out of Harvey Norman, I was greeted by Best Denki, I seriously wanted to faint. I can't stand another minute in both electrical appliance stores!!! And all the salesmen say the same things anyway. Well, I thyought about my room, and I thought, a green and white theme would make my room look like The Strudel House so I went for green and that colour between pink and orange. Like a rich peachy colour. The problem is, I saw 2 wall clocks I liked in Molecule on Sunday and one was pink the other was orange. The pink one has a pic of a cute cartoon pig and the other was orange with a cartoon sheep. Which should I take? The pig one would really match my Happy House tissue box(which is a pink pig, you know THAT one) but the orange would suit my bed too. Please give comments. My chair would also be that rich peachy colour like guava-ish so I can't decide. I think I'm getting 2 or 3 bedspreads. I want one to be pink, another green, and another light orange. I saw a cute cartoon kitty bedspread in Aussino yesterday, but it wasn't on offer and they only had one pillow cover and I have TWO pillows so it won't work. Argh! This thing is driving me NUTS! By the way, I have been so bored these few days that I jave been practising piano like mad and managed to complete 1 piece and my second one is ALMOST completed. Now I'm only left with one more! For all you pro players out there, F.Y.I. I am not one so this is considered quite good considering my pace.
