MY HOLIDAY STARTS HERE <3 <3 <3

School doesn't start till January!!! Yay!!! My holidays started early by a day cuz the teachers won't be in school tomorrow. So we have no school! Anyway, the whole school said goodbye to our principal today. She's leaving to be the principal of Anderson JC. I expected this actually, not in Sec 1, but at least once in my Secondary school life. Cuz I konw that almost all the principals stay in a school for about 4-6 years. I hope the new principal is nice. SOur new principal is the current one of Temasek Sec. I didn't even know that there was a secondary school with that name! Must be really far away from my house... Well, today when I was eating lunch, I suddenly had this inspiration to buy a C.S. Lewis book ("The lion, the witch and the wardrobe") and read it. It sounds kinda interesting. I usually go for books in series instead of novels(not that I hate novels, of course). And I thought that if I liked the whole C.S. Lewis series, I would have a whole new collection in my book collection! I mean, I read for leisure, but I buy books for collecting and reading them again. If I had to choose between my Cds and my books, I'd definitely choose books cuz all my books are worth much more! I have so many I can't be bothered to count them cuz I'll lose count. I'm not boasting in case you're thinking, "What a swot she is! Showing off her book collection!!" No, I'm merely stating a fact, ok? :) Oh shoot! I just remembered! I haven't touched my piano yet! Ah well... I guess I'll practise tomorrow. Since I have to tuition homework now.
Here's my list of DECEMBER HOLIDAY HW:
CH- Read a book and design bookmark
EL- One paper
MA- Two papers
SC- One set of worksheets
LIT- Read "Animal Farm"
HIS- Powerpoint presentation
GEOG- Powerpoint presentation
Don't you think that's a lot? And TWO powerpoints!!! I'm already bad enough at IT as it is! I don't need more IT homework! I's rather do written work. Sheesh...

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TMR!!!!!!!!!

Well, ok. So I was sitting in the living room, sipping Milo, watching TV and reading TINTIN. All of a sudden, the phone rang. It was my CH tuition teacher! I forgot all about my homework, but luckily she called to say that she wouldn't be coming tomorrow(thank goodness for that) because she had something on. So she would only come on Friday. Phew!!! And not to mention that I still have 3 piano pieces to practise and perfect. Plus with all the chinese, literature, history, science(and who knows what others) holiday homework, I'm gonna be really swamped!!! I never thought that there was such thing as December holiday homework. I never had them in Primary school and I don't see why they should give us in Secondary school. You know, Secondary school, in my opinion, is the worst stage of our education. You don't get enough sleep, you fall alseep in class, you don't know what the teacher's saying (cuz you're asleep), you don't have enough time to get a DECENT meal for more than 10 hours... And believe it or not, I experienced all this! It's so not fair! Some people can sleep at 1 am and wake up at 5 am and be like, "Wow! The beginning of a whole new day!". And I sleep at 10.30 pm and wake up at 5.45am and I can even fall asleep on the toilet bowl! Face it, I'm just not Secondary school material. This doesn't make any sense to me, why do we have Secondary school so early when everyone can't concentrate because we're so tired. Why don't we just have it later(like at 9am?) and all of us are alert and can concentrate? I've never understood this since P1 and I don't think I ever will...

Hi all!!!
Yea, i know i haven't been posting for a LONG LONG TIME. Hehe. Still "mourning" over my E.O.Y. results. I only got 3 "A"s! 4 if you include German. And the most sad case was English. I got 74.5! Can you believe it?! Just half a mark! Argh!!! My maths and chinese was the worst(not surprisingly). Sheesh... Anyway, i finally chose my bed. Phew. The colour is like a blend of pink, ornage and bronze. Don't konw what you call it. Looks quite nice I guess. If you wanna see the design, go to www.evovliving.com. Click on furniture, then beds then view the SILK bed. That's the one I chose. Except mine is single and the colour's not so chocolatey. Well, I chose the bed on Saturday. Had A LOT of rich food for meals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Friday, it was my maids B'day, so my mum bought fried carrot cake, Hokkien Mee and some spring roll thingys. On Saturday, I had the leftover Hokkien Mee for Breakfast. Then I ate noodles for lunch(in a food court), at night, we went to another B'day party which served curry, rice, beehoon(but it was finished when I reached there), tofu(I LUV TOFU), sweet 'n sour pork, cake... I initially wanted to eat something light on Sunday. But my Grandma cooked Mee Siam(And did I mention, her Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Mee Siam and all the other dishes are so GOOD!!). And so I had Mee Siam for lunch. Then when I was reading TINTIN Volume 1, my cousins came and brought chocolate cake, Tauhu goreng, Banana cake, pie... At that point I was positively STUFFED. I just tried a mouthful or 2 of the cake and Tauhu Goreng and went back to reading TINTIN. At night, we had this bao with pork in dark sauce. I don't know how you write it in English, even though I know the chinese name. WOW, all this food talk makes my mouth water.... And we're having congee for lunch today too!! Yum!!! I really need to eat porridge for these few days. My body's chock full of cholesterol and oil and toxins.

5 down... 1 to go!!!

Yay!!! Now there's only Geography E.O.Y. left!!! I konw there's not many people. Still, it'll take time... Haha. The Science was pretty hard... I'm not sure if I put the right answer for this question about what drug they inject in that's addictive for SEVERE pain. It should be morphine. I heard that morphine is used on DYING cancer patients. Apirin can't be the answer. It's only for minor stuff like headaches, RIGHT? Sheesh... Went to 1 Almighty's blog just now. Quite nice. Though I duno why so many people like to use black for background. There doesn't seem to be any more pastel coloured skins anymore. Eiher too bright or too dark. I just want a skin of a peaceful countryside or a snowy winter. Is that too much to ask for? Unlike those skins with ALL BLACK AND WHITE. Those aren't nice. Are they?Maybe you think different. I did tell you though that my style is different from others. HAHA. Going to play Neopets now. Can score 1K on Snow Wars II!

4 down... 2 to go!!

Ok. So I completed my Math and Lit E.O.Y. today! The Lit. was so hard!!! Seriously. The poem are those kind of medieval English thats from the 17th Century of something. Sheesh... Oh well. I already lost 8 marks in Maths, cuz I skipped this Volume question to complete my graph, construction and statistics questions. Should I have done that? I don't know. Give me advice. Still, I DID try my best and I'm not regreting anything I did, so there. I'm trying to find a nice skin. Don't konw what kind is nice though. You'll know when my blogsking changes. If you want me to link you, type in your url when you tag into that 'e-mail/url' space given at the tagboard, OK? I'm still learning how to link so don't demand a deadline! HAHA!!!

Ok... new updates like I promised!

Ok... So new updates... Hmmm... Well, nothing much has happened lately. The usual stuff, like homework, E.O.Y.s, and studying. It's kinda good that my school has the exams early. Then we can have more time to R..E..L..A..X..! Haha! I know my blogskin is kinda not-nice for some of you out there. You know, I have my STYLE, which is kinda unique from others. I don't know how to phrase it, but maybe you would categorise it in between the cool clique and the nerd clique but not so QUITE in between. Those who know me very well will know what I mean. So anyway, OH YES!!! Forgot! I went to Ajisen for dinner on Sunday, my mum's idea. The ramen is like soooo GOOD!!! You really should try it. For those who like spicy stuff(like me), WARNING! When they have 2 chilli symbols below the noodle photo on the menu, its SPICY. REALLY SPICY! Unless you have this super tongue, don't try the volcano ramen thing. DON'T! I am warning you. You will regret it if you waste your money on ordering a too-hot ramen. Gotta go!
