7) 1 purple notebook from this shop called 'claire's' that CANNOT be found in Singapore. It sells all those cute stuff like hairties, notebooks and earrings. I first saw it in Bern, Switzerland. 8) A Disney(I forgot which character) mug and spoon set 9) A bear notebook and inside, a drawing of me in anime form(hmm... interesting) 10) A jigsaw puzzle which is supposed to show a colourful message(from the artistic Cherise who wanted to show her "sincerity") when you piece it together, except that I haven't, yet. 11) A metal key-chain with monkeys hanging on it like a charm bracelet. 12) 1 of those calenders which you have to turn those cubes to show the date and month. I got it in black and white plastic. Presents I got for myself: 1) BoA -- Made in Twenty(20) CD+DVD 2) Ayumi Hamasaki -- Best2Black & Best2White CDs+DVDsI am now officially 15! It feels to weird to say that you're 15 when for the past year I have been saying "I'm 14." I can now make my IC. I can now have a black-and-white photo on a pink plastic card showing that I am a citizen of the Republic of Singapore and I no longer need to flash my blu-ish EZ-Link card to prove my age because I now have a document that verifies everything that umm... needs to be verified. I can hear you all screaming, "LAME!!!!!!" which is pretty much what it is, but you can't expect me to be getting my IC and NOT be excited about it. XD
I used to get really happy on my birthdays, and over-excited. This year was no different. I had literally too much energy. 7th April 2007 was one of those rare days where I could sleep in and wake up with that feeling that you have the ability and the energy to complete whatever you have to do on that day. i celebrated my birthday a week ago on 31st March together with 'mois(whose birthday, if you guys don't already know, is on 4th April) and I got what else? presents! I got loads, and the most number of presents I got was from umm... myself with the angbao money i got.
This is what I got from others:
1) Angbaos (one with a $25 'Sembawang' voucher inside)
2) A soft plushie that is really more of a bolster and is so nice to hug!
3) A pink watch
4) 8 birthday SMSes + 1 birthday MMS from my cousin which I deleted as soon as I saw it because it was a photo of this woman with a disfigured mouth(You know the smoking one)
5) A DimSum high-tea treat at Ngee Ann City
6) 1 birthday song from my church youth group and 1 from my cousins(even though most of them didn't really sing XD)
